"Nellie has been counciling me going on my 4 month. She is helping me recover and process, what doctors, did to me, during my illnes, from titanium toxicity. All of the triggers, of what bad doctors did, knowing, I was severely ill and refused to help by hospitals and their connected ERs. She is helping me, how to deal with nightmares and everything else associated with the metal toxicity illness. I cannot say enough good about Nellie. She gives me so many coping skills to help in my healing. Nellie sideways, such a caring attitude. I have been practicing her solutions and they are working. My anxiety from fear of recovery are mostly gone. My trust in Nellie has given me freedom from anxiety. With continuing Nellie's talk therapy, I know, I will have a full recovery, getting back to feeling like Jan once again. A heartfelt thank you to Nellie"

"Despite the many, many, MANY times I have explained my meds and how badly I need them for work, they just not getting it. I need these meds in order to function at my best, especially since I am starting a new job. But no matter how many times I explain to them, in simple language. THEY. DON'T. GET. IT!"

"Worst service I've ever had for a doctor. I tried to call when I was having trouble finding the place and they hung up on me. Once I came in everyone was cold and robotic. The place smelled rancid. The doctor didn't even look at me and just typed my answers for questions on symptoms that are on the intake form I already filled out. She even asked if I'm sure I had depression when I already told her I've been diagnosed. She spoke softly and I had asked her to repeat many times and she seemed mad I'd even ask and was demeaning in tone when she'd repeat. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone."

"Mia was rude and didn't respond to my questions when I called in for my initial appointment. She talked over & interrupted me & was like an automaton who had to stick to a script instead of listening to what I was saying as a caring person would. After scheduling an appointment she called back & cancelled it. Not the kind of person who should be helping people in crisis. Maybe she'd find a better fit NOT dealing with the public."

"Tried to make an appointment via my jobs EAP. I jumped through the hoops then it came time to schedule the appointment. I answered questions for 15 minutes then was told to fill out on line forms. THEY WERE THE EXACT SAME QUESTIONS! I know nobody will care or respond to this as when I called to tell them I'd rather live with the trauma than spend time doing more paperwork, the scheduler said, "Great do you want me to cancel?" I said yes. I guess I really would rather live with trauma than deal with them. Horrible"
