"I would give 10 stars if I could! My life is better for choosing Heart of Abundance! My therapist was professional, smart, compassionate, encouraging (and even funny!) I was given the tools I needed. My experiences with admin were top notch as well!"

"While Candice comes off as kind and compassionate the way she haphazardly handles her patients is disappointing to say the least. After our initial phone call and discussing a favorable appointment date and time I was directed to check my email and follow the steps to fill out her paperwork and set the appointment myself. She then explicitly said if I do not follow these steps then an appointment is not guaranteed. Upon review of her email, I had trouble finding the link and could not create an account so I then sent an email requesting assistance to which she did not reply. After finding the link on my own and going through all the neccessary steps and filling out paperwork I was prompted to set my appointment and noticed the one we discussed was no longer available. After being told that I had to set the appointment myself and that someone may take the spot I signed up for a new date and time. Little did I know Candice would take it upon herself to wait until my paperwork was on file to set the appointment herself. Long story short she is now coercing me out of $175.00 even after telling her that was all the money I had due to her "missed appointment". Not only were her actions careless but also extremely dangerous given my mental state as of late. It's very disheartening to reach out for help and then be immediately referred tonher attorney instead of working towards resolution. I will be filling complaints with the APA and a claim with my bank unless this is resolved IMMEDIATELY."
