"Aubrey was great, I know she changed practices and we're following her. So this review has nothing to do with her, just the actual practice and their billing. We've been dealing with a $25 co pay issue for months. They said it was resolved in July and I'm receiving another statement in the mail in September. I sent them a bank statement showing proof of payment for 1 of 2 co pays they were saying was due and that the other appointment was rescheduled and we have proof of payment for the rescheduled date. It's tiring and frustrating, I'd go somewhere else. Obviously if you're seeking counseling, you don't need to add pointless stress from their billing department because they can't resolve a simple issue. We've had to go back and forth multiple times and send proof that we paid, because they were trying to bill us again for a previously paid date."
