"We have left several messages and online requests to get my son an appointment for speech and occupational therapy. They gave my husband a call back and when he called he had to leave another message and they never called him back nor I. Our pediatrician put in the referral a little over a week ago and we have still yet to make an evaluation appointment. My husband and I both work and are trying our best to get the care our son deserves but Pillar is making it difficult just to make the evaluation appointment."

"Overall, Piller Child Development has terrible communication and their billing department is very difficult to work with. When you call the office no one ever picks up. Our weekly charges per appointment have been all over the place, from $40 all the way up to $120 with no communication as to why. We are charged inconsistently as well…..sometimes we are charged the day of the appointment and other times we are charged weeks later. For example, we canceled service with Piller due to these issued over 3 weeks ago and we were just charged for 2 appointments at once that occurred over 3 weeks ago. Do yourself a favor and find a business that will not only support your child but also pick up the phone when you call and bill you consistently."

"They never have any therapists available after 3:30pm. Each week on Monday the front rep will call my phone to say “we don’t have any therapist scheduled for 4pm so we have to cancel your appointment” my son hasn’t been to speech therapy in 5 months.! Hire more ppl that can actually stay later. Not all of us are stay at home parents or can just call off work to be there in the morning. This isn’t just at this location but all of them. Don’t even bother going to Banner Childern Therapy because they are in the same boat with this company. Very limited availability."

"My family has been a PCD for years we had a wonderful therapist. Unfortunately in the end of 2020 our therapist went on maternity leave. When she did, Piller forgot about us and didn't set up a substitute. When I finally got a hold of someone they got us set back up again. Since then we've been bounced between locations and therapists without any consistency. Anyone looking for therapy for a kiddo knows that consistency is key. Now we have been ghosted for weeks with zero communication and the office voicemail box is full... I can't even leave a message. What a failure for kids that need their services. I'd give zero stars if I could. *Edited to add: The response to my review is what I would consider reactive and unprofessional. I understand that businesses are understaffed, but when I contacted the therapist, she said another child was booked in the spot I was promised. Again, a lack of communication."

"Wait 4 months to see a specialist when I finally got ahold of the place (MONTHS of calling and leaving several voicemails - no response) a few days prior to verify the appointment time and date. I confirmed with the polite guy on the phone that we'd be there and to please send the paperwork. Then the next day this lady emails me threatening to cancel the appointment if I don't respond. I email her back, call the office again 4 times, leaving 2 voicemails for her to call back and advise her email wasn't a threat to cancel but stating if I missed it, I would have to reschedule.. I attached the email. The actual speech therapist were amazing and great. It was the simple fact that they prescribe for your child to be seen twice a week but they have absolutely no appointments to even see your child. Then when you try to schedule one, you have the same witch who emailed you stand up, cutting off the scheduling lady to advise me of how things work and basically since we'd be new, there's no room for my child. Avoid this place at all cost if you can. I have no idea why anyone would but someone who lacks personable skills in charge at their office let alone a child's development office is beyond me."
