"Dr Michelle Perry is phenomenal! Her work is different than any PT I have ever seen. After months of increasing shoulder pain and a torn rotator cuff I saw Dr Michelle as a last ditch effort before considering surgery. After one visit my pain was significantly improved. After 3-4 visits I felt 80-90% better. She really takes the time to listen to her clients. She doesn't just give you a list of exercises and send you on your way. I cannot recommend her enough!"

"After dealing with a persistent ankle injury for six years and experiencing recurring issues, I finally found relief when I started working with Michelle at Abide Physical Therapy. Since then, I haven’t had any ankle sprains, and it’s been a tremendous relief! Michelle is truly exceptional and goes above and beyond to facilitate your recovery. I highly recommend seeking treatment from her. Michelle is incredible!"

"Just two sessions and I’ve made vast improvement in my deficiencies! Michelle is great at explaining what she’s seeing and address the issues. Over the years of weightlifting, tightness and compensations have compacted from some injuries that were not resolving by stretching and long warm-ups alone. The dry-needling and cupping she’s done is specific to your needs and best of all she’ll give you the tools to do at home continue the fixing of your body mechanics!"

"I have gone to Dr. Michelle for a couple injuries, but most recently an ankle injury. I had sprained my ankle pretty bad and had gone without treatment for several months hoping it would resolve on its own. Eventually I went to Dr. Michelle for an evaluation and treatment, and I wish I had gone sooner! She evaluated the issue and performed treatment on my ankle, while assessing any progress throughout the session. I left with less pain, more range of motion and practical's to continue to help my healing. She's very flexible with her scheduling and the ability to pay with my HSA is the best! Dr. Michelle is my go to!"

"Came to Dr. Michelle after struggling with pain while squatting in just one leg. After explaining and showing her where/when it hurts, she was able to quickly diagnose the root of the problem. I loved that the session took place in the gym so that I could demonstrate the issue and we could test progress as she worked on me. Even in just the first session I noticed a huge improvement. Dr. Michelle is an athlete herself which is extremely helpful because she understands the movements and has great tools to get you moving correctly again. I appreciated that she gave me exercises to work on at home between sessions. She took video me doing the exercise on my phone so I could go back and reference it. Flexible with her hours and takes HSA. Would recommend Dr. Michelle to anyone."
