"The assistant manager at this facility was rude. I asked if I could set my things at the counter as I went shopping for some other things. He snapped at me saying “just set them down”. I set them down and proceeded to walk away and under his breathe and stayed “Jesus f-ing Christ”. I asked where the older gentleman were that used to run this store he said one was fired for being sick and the other retired. My wife and I have always shopped at this store, we have spent hundreds of dollars here, and we will never return. I’ll drive the extra 3 miles to get all of our pool needs."
"Above and below ground pool specialists. They carry Jacuzzi, Hayward and Pentair products, offer free water testing and more. Started visiting this store 4 our so years ago with an above ground, seasonal pool, added a sand filter to a cheap pool that was heavily discounted at the end of the season and worked great much better the second season. They carried the sand pump, the adapters to my pool, and made recommendations that made maintenance easy. Fast forward to current times and they are now my go to for my below ground pool at my new place. They carry a great selection, and have been friendly to work with. There are other locations, but this store is the above ground focused store, in that they carry more than the normal of that type of stock, including full pools themselves."
"Went in to buy a part for my pool motor. Jerry the manager was very rude. He kept yelling at us that he needed a picture of the whole motor and not just the numbers on the motor. We tired to ask him a question but he just kept YELLING that he needs a picture of the motor. We had the part that was broken with us and it had a part number on it. After he refused to help us we went to our truck put the number on the part in Google and it we found it right away."
"I absolutely love this Leslie's Pool Supplies. Jerry is super knowledgeable and friendly. The free water testing is great! Jerry helps me every time I go. I have tried to go to other Leslie's but their customer service is incomparable to Jerry and his phenomenal staff. I have never had a problem returning damaged or unwanted products even when other Leslie's have refused to give a return. I refuse to shop at any other Leslie's. There is no one I trust more with my pool supplies needs. Once you shop here you will never be able shop at any other Leslie's or pool store."
