"I will give them three stars. The reason being is that the past year they have gone down hill with their customer service. Particularly the person with the 3D nirvana tattoo and taller gentleman with purple hair. They seem like they are too busy to help you always. There is some really nice people there that want to help you and they have a nice selection of merch."

"I bought a pack of Pokémon cards, and it was marketed at its full value and didn’t initially look unopened. It did say preowned on the sticker but in super tiny font. When I opened the box it was held together by black tap and each of the packs in it was opened and missing 1-2 cards and they were cut open in a way to look like they weren’t opened at all. I get it if it’s preowned but if it’s also missing parts don’t market it at full price."

"Purchased about 7 vinyls so far from this location. One record happened to be warped but they were able to exchange it with a less warped record. Could’ve been that particular shipment of records but overall enjoy going in and finding what I’m looking for. Great variety and selection of records"

"Decent record shop. Mix of new and old mediums… but mostly new. If you’re just looking to generally add to your collection this is a good place to start, but if you’re after vintage vinyl you’re more likely to strike out. Lots of other extras like merch, games, figurines, toys etc. little bit of everything. More of a modern day record store than a hole in the wall shop where you can dig for vintage gold. Still fun to look around though!"

"This was the 2nd Zia location I've visited, my 1st being in Vegas. This location has an equally impressive selection. The staff are all super friendly. After reading some negative reviews, here's what I have to say. Sure, some things might be a bit overpriced, but if you don't want to pay that, just wait and see, you might find it cheaper either here or somewhere else in the future. Remember, the cost of running a brick and mortar shop is expensive, especially when there are several locations! Another thing I like about Zia stores are the longer hours. So many independent record stores close early making it difficult to shop if you don't get off until 5 or 6. With most locations being open until 9, there's still plenty of time to dig well into the evening. I also like that I was able to use my points from Vegas at this location."
