"I needed a pool table installed, so went into their Stapley store. I was told I could not set up an appointment there, but had to call to set up service. Got an appointment, got someone to be at my house for designated 2 hour time block, but no one came. Prestige has told me they called and texted, but the number they had took down for me was not correct. They might have great service, but I wouldn't know as I did not get a chance to experience it."
"If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. After shopping at several pool table stores in the area, we decided on going with Prestige . They had the best quality table in our price range, the sales guy was very knowledgeable yet not pushy at all. The owner jumped through so many hoops to get us the table we wanted and had it delivered that SAME DAY! I really cant emphasize how great of an experience we had with Prestige Billiards, and would never think about going anywhere else. Highly recommend."
