"Had a pretty mundane experience visiting this shop to get a Giant MTB. Would not recommend if you don’t already have an established relationship with them. I did not receive good service, i’m not even sure if they ordered the bike I had requested. I had given them time and patience, short calls and good faith while receiving minimal answers (and a far exceeded deadline). They are yet to contact me themselves one time to update me since putting in the order, everyone and everything seemed friendly until I made my first (of two) short check up calls a week later. From there nothing happened, even after going into the shop and being told my order was going to be completed I’m yet to get a notice it’s done, and I doubt i’ll get that call. I’m no longer giving them my business either way as I have ordered a direct to consumer bike. Good luck to future patrons, maybe I got them at a bad time. Unfortunate that Adventure Bikes is gone."
"Just dropped in there today to ask questions regarding snowboards, boots and just in general. Kason was fantastic. He helped me figure out whats the best course of action to take for getting my family set up for our first snowboarding trip. We have very tall family members and a disabled child, so i asked a ton of questions. Kason is Super friendly and very informative. We will def be renting from action in the near future."
