"I had a great experience at the dealer in Mesa, I bought a ne 5th wheel toy hauler from them just working over the phone. I live 3 hours away from the dealer and had an appointment to bring my trade and pick up the new trailer at 9am, I showed up at 8:30 and they were ready for me. After a great walk around of the trailer and going through everything with finance I was still out of there and on my way home by 11:30 with an awesome trailer."
"I want to give a shout out to Matt the new manager. We had our bus in for repairs since October. We couldn't get any help with why things weren't happening with the repairs. Matt is new to the company and we met with him with all our concerns. He took the case and had our bus repaired in 2 weeks as he promised. He's having to clean up messes that have been dumped in his lap. He and his crew of awsome workers got our bus repaired and on the road. Thankyou to everyone who helped with this cluster F. "Rob was able to help us get a great deal on a previous model year pop up. Everyone was super helpful and we would have had fun looking at all the different trailers there even if we hadn’t ended up buying something, especially our 2 year old who loved the “indoor campground”"

"Great experience with the sales person. Not so much with the store manager nor service department. The service manger did all she could do for us, (within parameters the store manager would allow) but their techs must not have much training. Sold us a lithium battery that doesn't fit the battery holder and when they wired in the new solar panel, they wired the solar control incorrectly. In the end, we took it to an independant RV tech and got everything done right. Not wasting my time nor energy. I'd go back to buy, but I'd have a private inspector go through it first and certainly won't go back for service."
