"I had an experience where I had found a knife that I had been searching for online available on the GMS Tactical website, only to discover through an email a couple of days later that this was not the case, and the knife was no longer available. This was very disappointing because the knife has been discontinued and it was quite a pleasant surprise to find it available here. Now I have to keep searching, while also having to wait for nearly $100 to be refunded to me. Very poor overall experience I just wish someone would keep the website updated."

"Hours have changed to reflect the difficulties of staffing with covid. The staff is down to just the owner, he is professional, friendly and knowledgable. He will work to find you what you need. This is a speacialy store. They have and can order any tactical, survival and LE equipment you need."
"In May, I ordered a cot from this store on the online store. They said it won’t be in stock for a while and never specified when they will get more. A few months later, I find the object and sent an inquiry into the order status (which remains unanswered). More recently, I ask for a refund for the item I ordered as it still has not shipped. This inquiry also remains unanswered. Bottom line is customer service has been atrocious, and I will not be ordering from here again. Edit 8/9: Just got a response on my order. It should be set to ship soon. Really wish the site would inform buyers about the inventory status to avoid this issue. I’ll be changing the rating to reflect this."
"Came in to get my first tactical boots. We drove 30 miles to get them here. Right of the bat we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed any help. The owner is helpful,informative and knowledge. I totally recommend them, they have the best prices in AZ.!!! Wish I could give y'all more stars.
