Archer's Bikes Mesa Online

"I would avoid this place. Maybe they are just busy, but I was lied to multiple times. I swe a bike online and called to confirm it was able to be shipped before I ordered it. Some guy named Anthony said he would have to check and call me in 10 minutes. I called back in an hour after not hearing from him and said I wanted to make sure he had my number correct, and he said he did and would call me as soon as he heard back from some other store or warehouse. He didn't follow up that day, so I went ahead and purchased the bike overnight because I was worried about there only being one in stock. The next day I get a call from Brian saying two people bought the bike overnight and I was SECOND so he wouldn't give it to me. Weird for an inventory system but whatever, I said it was fine and I was glad someone got the bike. He said he had other bikes on sale and would call me back with his recommendation for a bike in budget and size range. Needless to say no one ever called me, and it's been a week. Maybe it's the most fabulous bike shop on the planet, but to me there were multiple points of failure and disappointment, and that's worth sharing with the rest of people considering Archer's bikes."

"I have bought several e bikes from Archers and their service has been outstanding. About a year ago I purchased an e bike on line because it had a mid motor AND throttle which is very rare. Archers has been servicing my new bike also. They recently put a new motor in the bike for me and it runs super. By the way, I pass numerous bike shops to go to them (about 20 miles away from my home) but they are worth the trip. I highly recommend their bikes and service."
