"Do not waste your time with this location. I’ve wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but this place will never again gain my business. The customer service is terrible - there is rarely anyone to help answer questions or even ring up a sale. The final straw was having to go in the stockroom for someone to help ring us up and be told that there’s no one that can help us."
"I posted a review about a week ago, but somehow it didn’t post, and so I am here yet once again, but I must say it’s worth it. Nowadays, it does seem like good help is hard to find and the ethics and values are dwindling away in the businesses/stores nowadays. However, one of the hardest working people I know works at Leslie’s and her name is Melissa! Melissa really knows her stuff, and she doesn’t just try to sell you anything but shows you exactly what you need then give you options in addition to what would be most essential. Aside from product knowledge tho- is her personality! She’s like the family member that everyone loves. She’s such a great employee that just driving by Leslie’s makes you want to pull in just to experience EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE…. That’s when you know a person is good at what they do !!! I don’t say this often, but I hope she gets a raise and promotion! She deserves it"

"Bought 3 door alarms and my customer only needed 1. Tried returning to this location and was told they wouldn’t take them back because other people were trying to get through inspections and returning the alarms. I had 2 untouched and unopened boxes, went to another location and returned with no questions. Come here if you want to be profiled."
"Getting straight to the point. To quote from the movie Apollo 13 "Don't make it worse by guessing". The staff at this location is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was fortunate enough to work with Bruce the store manager. He took the time on a busy Friday to simply explain to me what the next steps were to get out hot tub in balance. Good job BRUCE!!!"
