"Customer service today really shocked me. The two guys checking my air pressure did a lot of detective work, which they didn’t have any obligation to do so because they’re just there to put air in your tires, and helped me learn that one of my tires had a tear on the inside portion, which no one would’ve known unless they took the tire off the car and inspected it thoroughly. Usually tires are checked at the treads and the outer portion but never have I seen anyone take initiative to take the tire completely off to check every detail of the tire. Blown away by how proactive they were. Didn’t catch their names but thanks again!"
