"Been there multiple times. Decent pricing but customer service is not the best. Firstly, they forgot to adjust the lie of my clubs when they built them for me after I reminded them multiple times. Secondly, I had pulled up when my clubs were supposed to be done, they hadn’t started. Lastly, and the last straw was them doing a horrible job on replacing my ferrules. They left epoxy residue on the clubs and left deep scratches on two of my irons. Will not be going here again."

They helped me pick out grips, and immediately brought me to the club repair shop in back and were regripping my clubs before I could even blink. They were incredibly friendly - the owner even showed me a set of limited, special edition Mizuno irons which made my day (I’m a huge Mizuno fan). They provided me with instant, same day service that would have cost at least 3x as much and 10x longer at other shops. They have earned my business, not only for club repair, but also my next fitting and club purchase. These days, you can’t find this awesome blend of knowledge/experience and customer service anywhere."
