"I haven’t been to a bike shop in years, as I haven’t been using my bike to commute like I used to. But boy did I luck out with this one. My daughter’s bike had a flat due to a nasty thorn. They replaced the tube and filled it with slime for a great price. And without asking, they filled up the other tire and greased the seat. Meanwhile, we got to browse the store and pet their very kind and lovable chihuahua, Pip. Their prices have to be competitive, as some of the bikes I was looking at in their shop were priced well below my expectations, based on the quality. I will absolutely go there again. And as soon as I’m in the market for a new bike, I know where I’m going."
"So, I dropped off my bike last week. They fixed it pretty quickly even with all the challenges there were to it. Unfortunately the repair didn’t fix the overarching issue so i am continuing to do business with them with more replacement parts and some upgrades to components. Very communicative and very reasonable prices. Everyone there was quite understanding that I fully intended to be walking out with a working bike, but they also were more than willing to help me finish the repair. Thank you very much and I am looking forward to be back on the road soon. These guys are courteous and easy going but very professional."
