"I saw a set of wheels on their website that I was very interested in. I sent a message via their quick chat asking if they had it in stock, but I did not get any response. I sent a message through their Instagram page, and I received a reply stating that they have the wheels in stock and ready to ship. I placed my order, but I have not received any updates since. I sent an email inquiry, messaged their Instagram page again (I was left on "seen"), and called multiple times, but I never got a response. It took almost 3 weeks, a chargeback request with my bank, and a complaint with BBB until I finally received a call from John."
"My son found the Sackett-Ranch website looking for the Gazelle T4 plus tent. After ordering and while waiting for the tent to come in, my son had a chance to go camp and sleep in the Gazelle T4 Overland tent and loved it. Realizing that the T4plus may be too large, we called and spoke to Jon at Sackett-Ranch. Jon was extremely understanding and helpful and switched our order to the T4 Overland Edition which was in stock. The tent arrived yesterday and wow, what a tent!!! Set up and take down we’re just minutes! The grandkids loved the tent and can’t wait to use it this weekend in their backyard!! Thank you Jon, with Sackett-Ranch for making everything happen!!
