"I’m not normally one to leave a negative review, and I’m giving two stars because the people were fairly friendly when I went in the first time. I purchased a new vacuum for my pool this morning, and when I got it home, assembled and into the pool I discovered that the leader hose that attaches to the vacuum itself had a split in it. I returned to the store within 30 minutes with the leader hose in hand, and was greeted with a joke about how I had just been there and “that’s the life of a pool owner.” I am disappointed that I had to pay to replace a defective part on a brand new item, all while being greeted with jokes about it. Overall, the second experience left a bad taste in my mouth with this business, and I will not be returning."

"After getting quotes from the builder and multiple other quotes we decided with William and Northwest pool on spa. Family owned, local company with a great price, product and service. Even with some setbacks that weren't his fault more with the city, he delt with my frustration and text. He even added a little surprised that we weren't aware. Don was a big help and is great as well. My neighbor chose them and I would highly recommend them!"

"Absolutely great to do business with Northwest Pool & Spa! I would recommend them to everyone I know. I just went there prepared with prices I found online.. Owner explains how much his complete filter set was, & I started to say, "I'm just shopping-around..", but then realized how inexpensive it was. I was expecting $300+, & he said $218. Only after I checked receipt @home, did I realize he meant $218 tax-included! What..? He took time to explain how often I should clean these filters to get the longest life from them.. And, they gave me a veteran's discount. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The only bad thing (joke), is that he didn't call to explain all this BEFORE I cleaned my old filters.. :)"
