"Great for getting decent equipment without the brand-new price. Their selection is pretty good. I’ve bought boxing gloves, yoga pads, jump ropes, and a lifting belt from them. Some items like the lifting belt are much cheaper than buying brand new. This one was $7 vs $30 for the exact same belt at the sports store. The only thing that beats this is like a fb marketplace or yard sale"

"Never leave a Play It Again empty-handed. Even though my kids are grown, we stop by and leave with something. They buy and sell used and new equipment, making it affordable to fund the next sporting adventure."

"Been a couple of times. They have a wide range of items available and prices are pretty good! We got some baseball equipment I’ve but other times they didn’t have what we wanted (not their fault as it’s a re-sale/2nd hand store)."

"Carried a heavy piece of fitness equipment from the parking lot up to the front door! 62 years of age and it’s a good size piece! 2 young men are at the counter looking at their phones! Not paying attention at all. I struggle to open the door and bring the equipment inside by myself! Neither young man says hello or welcome or offers to help! When I do get it in the door one of them just says “bring it here! I’ll go get the buyer!” Is respect and just common good customer service even taught by a business owner anymore? I don’t care if you buy the equipment or not! Just be respectful, say welcome and don’t bark orders! When I brought this up to the owner/manager/buyer he looked at me like I had a tree growing on the side of my head and said, “Well they’re not buyers!” I don’t care! You’re the only sports/fitness store in the whole plaza! Your counter faces the door! Try a make a potential customer or future customer feel welcome! It’s pretty obvious I coming to your store and your employees are doing absolutely nothing but staring at their phone! Not my store and the owner can choose to run it however they want! I will just say that they lost any potential business from me ever!! No wonder Play It Again Sports is becoming a diminishing business! Terrible customer service and the one in charge didn’t even care!"

"I was going to sale them my STATIONARY CYCLE BIKES" Red Chain Drive Indoor Cycling Exercise Bike Trainer" SF-B1001 The guy@ play it again sports in Tempe told me he would pay me $15for my Cycling bike. The worth online used is $400. Reason for such a low payout you ask ? Well so did I and I was told the price was because there is no warranty of course there is no warranty it's used . Truth is this guy wanted to take advantage of me like a pawnshop would . Now I was not expecting to be paid 400 but at least $100 not an insulting $15 dollars . It's not the warranty he was just cheep"
