"If only I could give this office 0 stars, I would. Dr. Stephanie Martin was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. I was referred to her office and to be treated with no respect was shocking. She did not get up from her desk to greet me or shake my hand. She told me that everything was my fault for being overweight this pregnancy (I've only gained 6lbs at 30 weeks). She did not offer any solutions but rather I would need medicine since she has seen many cases like mine. Personally, she needs to relearn how to be personable with patients. I will not be returning to the office and I highly suggest no one makes an appointment with her either unless you want a doctor to not support you or your baby. I also tried to call the office to talk to a manager about my experience and I never received a phone call back. Other than Dr.Martin, the ultrasound tech Rob was PHENOMENAL and the front desk lady was friendly as well. I've since switch to MFM of Arizona and absolutely love it! They are the complete package and I feel such support and no judgment from everyone in the office."

"This is my 3rd pregnancy and first time needing a specialist as baby has some concerns. Every ultrasound we have had with them (which is every 2 weeks) they take the time to talk through what they are looking at and measuring on baby and explain everything. It has helped me learn so much about this pregnancy. Then being able to go from the Ultrasound straight into talking with the specialist Doctor and not having to wait is the best!!! Dr. Bowen takes his time to show us what they see on each image, gives me time to write notes as he talks and makes sure to answer all our questions plus any questions I have emailed throughout the previous week. It is such a relief to have this team looking over my growing boy and I am so happy we are working with them. Highly recommend!"

"Roberta the ultrasound technician is absolutely amazing. She makes the experience comfortable and entertaining. It's obvious she enjoys her work and cares about the babies and parents. Dr. Bowen is also great. Very positive and encouraging."

"Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’ve been going to Valley Perinatal since I was 20 weeks. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Ultrasound technicians are amazing! They are very third and answer any and all questions we had. I truly feel they go above and beyond to get that perfect ultrasound inmate. Dr Bowen is kind, knowledgeable and has wonderful Doctor-Patient bed side manner. I sometimes feel silly asking questions but he never makes me feel like I’ve asked a dumb question. He advocates for you as a patient and addressed all of our concerns... even the silly ones. Pregnancy is a rough journey and Dr Bowen and his staff made my pregnancy a lot less stressful."

"Overall friendly staff and respectful! My first appointment I spent about 3 hours total there even though I came 30min early to fill out new patient paper work. The MFM specialist Dr. Bowen in the office was very apologetic for making me wait so long to see him. My ultrasound experience was very pleasant and the tech I saw was very knowledgeable and took her time to show and explain the ultrasound which I loved! Definitely would recommend Valley Perinatal Services!"
