They are aware she can sometimes be nervous and they accommodate her by having us come inside once the lobby is clear from other dogs. "I am a long time grooming client of Dove Mountain Vet for my standard Poodle.  I had a standing grooming appointment scheduled for Sunday February 18, 2024 which was rescheduled because the groomer cancelled.  I rescheduled my appointment for Friday February 16th at 3:30pm.  I received a phone call at 5:30pm stating that there were two nails broken on Anton's left rear paw, one nail was bleeding, and a vague explanation that it must have happened when he was taken out of his crate.  When I arrived to pick up Anton at Dove Mountain Veterinarians, no one apologized, no one gave me any further information, and in addition, I was told I would get a 20% discount off of the grooming.  I asked to see a Veterinarian to find out what issues may occur because of the broken toe nails.  I am extremely upset about bringing my dog to get groomed, and trusting that he will be safe and well taken care of.  This certainly was not the case, and then being told I would get a 20% discount to have my dog suffer an injury at Dove Mountain Veterinarians?  This is unacceptable. As a follow-up, I spoke with the hospital manager who was as Clueless as the staff was, and offered me nothing except an antibiotic and painkiller which was necessary because of what happened to my dog. Unconscionable, and I will take this further."

Dr. Cambell was wonderful and our vet tech (I think it was Kelly) was very kind and attentive. They listened to our concerns and was able to diagnose the problem.
