"I am a prescriber and former customer of Fry's. I stopped my relationship with Frys' pharmacy long time ago, since things would never go right and I also stopped sending my patient's medications to the pharmacy and advised them to try different pharmacy. However I decided to give them a try, one more time yesterday. My medication was filled with wrong dose and in a minute, when i returned to the pharmacy and informed them that it was filled wrong, all I was told is " sorry, we can not accept the medication since it left the pharmacy. This is our policy". Wrong dosage and pharmacy not accepting the return? fine but that does not mean that I have to pay for the wrong dose. Called the store supervisor and I was on hold for 30 minutes and did not get anyone on the phone. The person answered the call, stated " Sorry, we are very busy". Still waiting for the supervisor to call back. Take my advice and do not fill your Rx at Fry's. They are understaffed and many errors happen under the pressure. I am going to dispute the charge of $86.00 and that was the last time I work with Fry's. They have lost the business with me and possibly many of my patients."

"I've been using this pharmacy for years. They used to be great. In the past year it has taken over a week to fill prescriptions whether they are new or refills. My Dr sent in a prescription on Tuesday 6/6 and as of today 6/10, it hasn't been filled. Every time I call , they seem surprised that I would like it sooner. Not a great way to run a pharmacy."

"I am exhausted from trying to get my prescriptions filled. Last Friday they were supposed to be done, then Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday, Now Friday. These are serious Maintenance meds. They are making me extremely nervous! You just can't stop cold turkey on these meds."

"I've been getting my RX's here for many years. I understand that there has been staffing issues during and after the Pandemic. But I feel that these issues should have been mostly resolved by now. I don't blame the staff as they are doing the best they can. But over the last year, the turnaround time to get our prescriptions has gotten much worse. We can't rely on the automatic renewal to get our prescriptions on time. They are always late now. I take blood pressure meds and this month the pharmacy needed to contact my doctor for renewal. According to the automated system, they had contacted my doctor and were waiting for approval. I waited several days and became concerned when there was no progress. I called my doctor and was told that they had not been contacted by the pharmacy at all! I asked my doctor to call in the renewal to Safeway on Silverbell instead and I got my RX refilled the same day. I am also waiting for an RX from my dermatologist which was called in almost a week ago. I'm going to move my RX's to Safeway at this point."

"I've been using the pharmacy for 4+ years. The folks seem very earnest but clearly they are short staffed and overworked. Automatic refills don't seem to happen consistently and when scripts are "ready" you can show up and they are "still working" on them. Between the window, the drive-up, giving vaccines, etc. Fry's needs to desperately try and help these folks get fully staffed. When a med insert says to "not stop taking" it gives patients a bit of angst when you run out and the refill is not ready. I feel bad for these folks. When you watch them they are constantly running from one station to another and understandably they can get impatient and frazzled. I hope they can solve their problem as the pharmacy is very convenient to our shopping."
