"I called to ask when my prescription would be ready. The women pharmacist said in a hour. I went through the drive thru over an hour later, which it took them about 5 minutes to even acknowledge me at the window, to tell me they would be with me as soon as she can. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes be told my prescription was not ready. She was not genuinely sorry and in just in a big hurry. I had to ask them if they can text me. She began to tell me they are just too busy with keeping up with everything including vaccinations. Not my problem. Don't tell someone iprescription will be ready in an hour and it's not. Now I have to make another trip. I would have been more understanding if she nice and genuinely sorry. Thank goodness I don't have to deal with them all the time."
