"This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They do not introduce themselves when you are speaking with them. They frequently make errors with prescriptions. Staff will cancel your prescriptions without telling you. They also send you in a run-around to try to re-order your prescriptions and then cancel them anyway. They will delay and delay prescriptions without notification. A few weeks ago, I was in line for the pharmacy at 5:30p, with only one person in front of me. It finally got to be my turn at 6:05 and they shut off the lights, saying, “We’re closed. Come back tomorrow.” These people are so rude, incompetent, and lazy. I couldn’t imagine this type of work ethic- or lack there of- in any place of business, let alone something related to healthcare. Switching to CVS."
