"Very unhappy with this auction company. They took almost a month to ship my $800 sculpture and then it was packed poorly. The heavy bronze should have been double boxed and shipped Priority Mail like I requested. It was poorly packed in a single box and there wasn't enough packing materials to prevent movement within the box. Needless to say it arrived with the box very damaged (completely bashed in) and the antlers of both of the deer were damaged. This company not only takes forever to ship but they don't pack well either. It appears that they did not insure it either. Buy at your own risk."

I recommend reading the terms of service and familiarizing yourself with the auction process before jumping in over your head like I did. Be that as it may, I should’ve been more patient about my issue but I appreciate them being patient and taking care of my issue. Be that as it may, they deserve a much better rating."

"Gotta admit I was sketchy at first, but I will say that I should’ve been more optimistic. Being I didn’t read the TOS correctly, I had a slight snafu with my items. I should’ve been a little more patient about the issue, but I panicked after reading some of these reviews. In all honesty, the owner of the company was an upstanding and honest man. R&R is a family owned and operated business that seemingly does their best to do right by people, especially when you consider the auction world is different from most others. I would highly recommend this place and I thank them for their patience and their service."

"I could not be happier with my first time experience with R&R auctions. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with all inquiries that I had. The description of the lot that I won was very accurate and I am pleased to have been the successful bidder. Much care was taken in packing my shipment and all proceeded in a timely manner. "If I could leave a negative 5 star review. I definitely would this is the worst company. And they are scam artist. They did not hold up to the end of the auction and held my items and would not respond to any problems that I was having with regards to shipping or their communication. And then after 4 months, they said they were not shipping my items. And that I could figure out my own way to get my money back. Because they were not refunding my money so I had to record them to auctions up. And it took them an hour 3 months to refund my money after threatening them. And after auctions, it threatened to take them off of their platform. Stay away from this company, do not bid on anything. They are not family owned, and they are not in business to help out any consumers by any means. I normally do not leave bad reviews. But this company deserves won. And the way they treated me was despicable. I finally got a refund never received my items. But the only reason I got a refund was because of auctionzip"
