"Il start with the bad: the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I came in reasy to drop $150 or so on a Wusthof knife, and to possibly get a last minute christmas present for someone worth another $60 that was up on a high shelf. Not once did anyone ask if I needed help finding anything so I could get the gift up oj the shelf, but when I was in line with the knife I was stock waiting for like 10 minutes while 2 employees struggled with the register ringing up the customer in front of me (it really takes 2?) to the point where I just thought 'man, forget this.' The redeeming factor for this store is the awesome selection of kitchen gadgets they have. Not only that, many kitchen supply shops tend to feel very cramped, but this one is nice and open-feeling."
"Awful experience with Nathalie or Nathalia. I wanted to get an apron, seeing that the item shop was on sale the 14.99$. While I was at the check out counter next to her to pay for the merchandise she quickly removed the tag. She started arguing with me and my mother that we did not see well the tag yet she vehemently refused to show us the sale tag. I’m a person that works in costumer service for a very long time and I have never seen such a weak customer service and behaviour in a store coming from a staff member. I don’t recommend at all this store. (I would have appreciated for her to apologise admitting that might have been an error with the sale label yet no she went all the way implying that I’m blind when it was two of us that saw the label) - Awful!!!"
