"Five years ago my mom filled out an application! At that time they told us its takes about an year to get an apartment! She was #3 on the list! Next year we went back! All of a sudden she was #80 on that same list and we were told she needs to wait more! It has passed 5 years already! Every year I went to the office or called multiple time! The answer was the same! Nothing was available yet! Yesterday we 04/27/20 I was able to contact with someone from the office and they told me that my mom’s application was canceled 4 years ago! I was speechless because I went and call the office multiple times during the 5 years period and not even once I was told that her application was canceled! Now after I left multiple voicemails to speak to the manager I still have no call back from them to solve that matter! I strongly believe that this place is a scam! I personally saw and talk to Carl Howerton in the first few years and he never mentioned about a cancelled application! I think they are laying to innocent people! People who need help and they are left on the street! I will definitely take this matter to a higher level! People be aware and make sure you get on writing every conversation with this place otherwise they will keep doing what they are doing!"
