"From the moment we signed our lease, there were issues. First they changed management during our move in and somehow lost our payment. Nothing a few bank statements wont fix. They also had to enter our home for an "inspection" of our electrical panel. Jee why didnt you do that when you renovating it or as it was vacant for weeks. Termites on the roof... on the second floor?? Never thought Id have to deal with termites in my life, but here we are. Had to call them twice to get a full ceiling sweep. How scary is it to see cocoons spewing from roof walls. Not sure how they get the roof? The apartment was so rushed for renovation the workers straight up forgot their equipment, clamps on the cabinets, and the build quality was so poor that small rodents (rats, mice, mouse, who knows) were able to enter our home through the microwave vent. They're solution? Just put a few rat baits down that'll band aid the solution instead of repairing the foundation and solving the problem. I had to install wire trap and seal it myself. You could find the same blind set at home depot for $10 these blinds are so frail and cheap. A small house pet would EASILY rip through. Lets also not forget about the alleged dead body beneath us for about a month, decaying, rotting. We couldn't use our own bathroom for a month. Not including the flesh eating insects. Insect swarm when we moved in, we had to buy 2 insect traps with multiple refills to finally get rid of flying insects 3-6 months in. Pest control guy said "nothing we can do" and sprayed some corners which effectively did nothing."

"I have been a tenant here in Scottsdale Hayden Apartments for 8 long years..I have not had one upgrade done in my apartment since I've been living here. At the the present time I have five things in my apartment that need too be either replaced or repaired and can't seem too get anyone over too fix my problems..I'm getting really tired of asking over and over again when is this and that going too be fixed..and I get no answers... Ohhh and they raised my rent twice in less then a year which I think should be against the law...what these business owner are allowed too get away with...yes I'm very upset about the way they do business here.."
