"Apartment and the property looks amazing but have tried multiple times over the past few weeks attempting to get into contact with someone regarding any openings and current pricing. I have attempted to call/text every number listed on multiple websites and still no response. Kind of upsetting."

"My girlfriend and I have enjoyed living here for the past few years but as of late we are really let down by the upper management of Shalimar Sands. It's been two weeks without a dryer and Greg the property manager has been nothing but nice and helpful the entire time we've been here but the higher ups need to get their s*** together. We came home today to our furniture being moved and a "supposedly" new machine put in. Neither myself nor my girlfriend (or even Greg!) were informed anyone was going to be coming today and it was very off putting to walk into our apartment and seeing our furniture had been moved and not put back. I had cash on our front table and luckily it was the same amount. I have firearms locked in cases but hey, as long as they didn't take them this time right? They scuffed the wall real bad, almost like they didn't know what they were doing and we're reluctant to use the "new" unit because inside of the washer looks like someone threw in a newspaper and hit the rinse cycle. Completely packed with paper. Are you kidding me? No one thought to give it a once over? It took me approximately 1.32 seconds to open the washer door. Communication communication communication."

"I lived here for 2 years and loved everything about it! Beautifully remodeled units, great floor plan, lots of space, safe, and well maintained! You can't beat the location - less than a 5 minute walk to the heart of old town. I only ever had one very small issue in my 2 years living here and it was fixed same day! Management is incredibly responsive and you can tell they truly care about their residents. Definitely recommend!"

"Worse place to live. The laundry rooms are all broken. Nobody maintains the area. Construction is on-going with a portable restroom sitting in the complex yard, the lights in the complex don’t work. Do not live here. It is horrid."

"Older property that is kept in decent condition. No upgrades or remodels, the original everything has just been maintained. Units have that old building smell and are not light and bright and airy."
