Ten Wine Lofts Apartments

"Horrific nightmare. Management is dreadful, with zero integrity. One example is their complete lack of help with world-class jerks living above us, pounding away at all hours with music and running around for hours - the floors/ceiling are paper thin. Despite our pleas with corroborating neighbors, they simply wasted everyone's time and did nothing. This particular property has a paper-thin ceiling-floor... don't live under anyone, it's unlivable. Like the ceilings, the window seals are porous and let in street noise including the after midnight regular grease pumping or the 4am garbage routine of the Olive Garden. Just say no, absolutely not, hell no... and preserve our sanity."

"Really don’t appreciate how my husband and I were treated by Andrea today. Right away puts a price sheet in front of us. Asks a few questions. Then takes us to their available unit to show. Okay no big deal. Her attitude the entire time speaking to us was of annoyance. She didn’t bother to show us the pool or fitness center, let alone any other amenities they may or may not offer. When we get back she hands us her business card..... I get it we said we aren’t moving in ASAP but that’s not quality customer service. Don’t judge people based off how they look or dress. You might just be surprised by what people can afford if you don’t judge."

"If you want to live in an upscale apartment with an impeccable management and maintenance staff, then Ten Wine Lofts will be the place. I lived there for almost two years before I had to move out of state. It is very unusual to find an apartment complex where you really feel as though you are home. The apartment manager, Andrea, works very hard to create that type of atmosphere. She scheduled catered socials every month which provided the opportunity for residents to get to know each other. At most apartment complexes when you get on an elevator you just provide greetings to others without really knowing who they are. When I got on the elevator at Ten Wines I could greet people by their names. That type of atmosphere has to be created by management and I will forever be grateful to Andrea for providing that sense of security. The cleanliness of the facility is represented by the pride and dedication of the maintenance staff. Should my travels take me back to Arizona there is no doubt that this will be my home again . "I absolutely love living here! Outstanding location, close to all things in Old Town Scottsdale but yet very peaceful. Extremely nice pool, gym and other facility’s. The staff is always very responsive and has a sense of urgency, truly wanting their residents to love living there. Units are wonderful and the prices are reasonable compared to other options. I highly recommend Ten Wine Lofts!"

"Great Location . Very safe and peaceful community. Property is kept clean and maintenance is prompt on assistance and fixing issues. Andrea is nothing short of amazing and handles questions and concerns with a the utmost pleasant sense of urgency. Only reason I chose to leave the community was to downsize. Units are great size and very open. gives a true condominium feel. You will love being a resident of the Ten Wine Lofts."
