"The only luxury you get from living here is a luxury pain in the a$$. Water will consistently get shut off for hours and they "claim" to let you know before it does, but literally send the email either 5 minutes before or right after it's already been shut off. The management team are a bunch of illiterates with name tags that can't do anything for you and make you feel stupid for asking questions. Always annoyed, condescending and rude when spoken to. The move-in process was an absolute nightmare. I can't wait to move out. Renovated apartments are rushed jobs with the good old landlord special AKA slab some paint on it. I've seen trash and dirty clothes around the apartment complex for months before anyone picked it up. There was a parking issue that went on for a couple months as well. Imagine paying for a parking spot, but not being able to use it. They've also implemented weirdly strict policies to the amenities like the club house and pool. You would think they'd focus their attention on other important matters. TL;DR It's not worth the money and headache. Especially if you work from home! Screaming children, construction and no water. The only good things about this place are the gym and the maintenance team are good people."

"Location was outstanding for the Phoenix Open golf event. We were pretty much as close as you could get to the gate entrance and it was a nice walk. The complex itself was meticulously landscaped and the pools were beautiful. We used the hot tub one night and I went to the gym another night by the main pool. Our room was the best part. Full kitchen, snacks, tons of storage, comfy beds and couch, clean bathrooms and many nice other features. However, there was no hot water our last night and the final morning we were there there was no water at all, so that was a HUGE bummer. Probably unpreventable from what the property's message sounded like, but also not resolved by the time stated. So no showers before our final day and flights home, but that was the only issue we encountered. Communication was great all around and parking was easy with a nearby designated spot and one extra guest parking pass. Digital lock on the front door so access was easy as well. I booked this room about a week before our trip and it was half the price and twice the space of anything else nearby. All around, we really enjoyed the stay here."

"We had scorpions in our apartment and the water was regularly turned off for emergency repairs. At 8:30AM the water could be turned off for up to 3 hours. Try that on a Monday morning before work almost every other week. Not worth it at all. The rent also has many fees attached without merit. To add to the chaos, the streets around the place are closed for nearby events and intoxicated adults have wandered into the community knocking on doors thinking they live here! Very disappointing first three months."

"UPDATE: They are now renting out units as AirBNBs, hope you like rotating neighbors! Current resident. After many months of construction, impromptu water shut offs, unauthorized apartment entry, roof leaks, and more I’m done. The property is beautiful, but management doesn’t care for residents that moved in before remodeling started. I hope you don’t mind water from the rain in your house and no water from your pipes if you choose to move here. Also, I hope you hate sleeping past 8am or hate sleep at all if you work nights because construction lasts 8-6 seven days a week. Do you have smart home accessories? Be prepared to have to switch to the Cox smart home accessories that they installed in every unit instead. Our apartment is slowly falling to pieces and management only cares to do things that prep out unit for remodel when we are kicked out when our lease is up. Take your money elsewhere. For $2200 a month (pricing for the remodeled units) you can go somewhere with less issues and less constant noise."

"Beautiful place to live. We have had excellent service when needed. The office staff have pleasant to work with. We are close to shopping and 20 min from central Phoenix. Love the pool area and tennis courts. My only issue is parking. My unit was not assigned a space and parking is a fight daily. Other than this I am enjoying living here."
