Scottsdale Place Apartments

"Worst renting experience of my life. I just moved out in September of 2023. They still haven’t released my security deposit even though it’s well over the 14 days they legally have to return it. I now have to get lawyers involved and take them to small claims court. They have a new property manager every other month so you never know who you’re talking too. The office and maintenance are completely unresponsive. The corporate place that owns the complex is completely unresponsive. It doesn’t matter how many emails you send or how many times you call, no one ever answers or responds to you. The one time you do get a response, it’s a one sentence response of “I’ll get back to you” and then you never hear back and you’re stuck spending another month trying to get ahold of someone. This place was a complete waste of money and I recommend everyone looking at this place to run for the hills."

"I’m not too sure why this community is rated so low. I had a great tour experience with the new manager, Rachel! She provided the best costumer service and got to know me and my needs. The community has everything I’m looking for and is the perfect location for my lifestyle. Not to mention the amazing price for the area, wow! Everyone we passed by on property was nice and friendly and the grounds were well kept! I will never forget the amazing customer service that was given to me and I cannot wait to call Scottsdale Place my new home!"

"If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. This company is absolutely criminal. They sent us to collections a full year after we closed out and paid all associate closing cost. They are charging us for the new tenants damages. This is by far one of the worst apartments I have ever come in contact with. If you plan to stay here expect over $4,000 in additional cost that they say nothing about and charge you for. Send the extra $100 a month to get a place thats way nicer. This is the worst apartment complex in scottsdale."

"Very disappointing experience here with these apartments. Landlords refused to hold up their end of the lease. The basically take your deposit no matter how clean your apartment is left. Stay away from her spend a bit more and get a nicer landlord."

"We lived there 4 years- every year, the rent went up. Every year, it got more and more ghetto- especially when the management company changed to Petwin- with huge families and cars getting worked on in the parking lot. Garbage collection was once a week- and it was overflowing and stinking much of the time. Our final bill for apartment repairs was ridiculous- including carpet cleaning?? The carpet needed to be replaced- it was already 2 years old when we got there. I never received a bill- and it went almost directly into collections. Stay classy, Scottsdale."
