Cibola Apartments

"Living at Cibola for the last 2 1/2 years has been really wonderful! Mason was so phenomenal at getting us set up and into our apartment and making us feel at home. Tasha and Kristi have been fabulous with any maintenance requests and/or requests in general and getting everything taken care of very quickly. The communication with the management office has been great from the very beginning! Couldn't have asked for better!"

"I moved here over 2 years and it’s been a fantastic experience! I am so happy here. It’s very quiet and the location is amazing. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The new management company is outstanding! Kristie and Tasha who run the office are the BEST!. Rico keeps everything up and running and he is AMAZING. "Updated Review: I've downgraded this review to 3-stars for several reasons. First, I asked to be able to see the apartment that I would be moving into prior to my move-in date. Marilyn stated this would not be possible but they had an apartment that I could view that was the same as I was moving into. Perfect! Until move-in day and I open my apartment door and it's not the same. The apartment I was shown was an updated model, which my apartment is not. This was not the way that I wanted to start this relationship, but it happened. Not only is my apartment not upgraded, there isn't even an ice maker in the refrigerator. I didn't realize I needed an updated apartment to get an ice maker! Next, I've been here almost five months and the original items that Marilyn stated would be fixed right away have still not been fixed. None of them are big issues except the toilet, which continues to run (and waste water). Last is my parking space. Marilyn originally gave me my parking number and I went and looked and was really happy with the spot I was given. (I have a convertible and don't want the sun to hit the material and bake it all day.) When I went the day I'm picking up my keys and signing the lease, there is no number on the lease. I point this out to her and let her know the parking spot she had originally given me. She stated that spot was no longer available and gave me a new number. The new spot is not completely covered and the top of my convertible gets quite a bit of sun now. This might not sound like much, but this is could ens up being the deal breaker for me, as it's expensive to replace the cover on a convertible. I know other people have complained about the size of the pool and about leafs being in it or it just being dirty. I personally have not had a problem with this, but with the dated/dirty poolside chairs and tables that are there. These really need to be updated! "Cibola has been home for 3 years now and one of the best locations in old town Scottsdale. Marilyn is such a help when it comes to management and makes all residents feel heard and understood! She’s helped us with chimney cleaning, lease renewal, package delivery, etc. We love it here!"

"I have lived here for going on 2 years now, love the community since it is smaller in size you get to know everyone and is easy to make new friends! Only issue I have had since living here was out AC going out which was fixed by management in a timely manner! 10/10 would recommend!"
