"I see a lot of persons writing reviews and it doesn't even make sense. I'm also going to touch on a few points that is going to prove that Arcadia Walk is a great place to live. 1. The front office has the greatest set of people, (Daniela, Florentino and our new manager)you have ever come in contact with when it comes to taking care of their tenants. Everywhere you go, there are rules and regulations. If you can't read, get someone who can to read your lease before you sign. It's straightforward and if you don't understand it. Then you will have issues. 2. It doesn't only take management to keep the place clean. It takes us as the tenants to consider our neighbors. To train our dogs to not be barking in the dead of night. To walk with your doggy bags and pick up after them. But if you're just nasty, that will be too much for you. If you have roaches in your apartment, bare in mind that roaches dont stay where it's clean. They stick around where there is food and garbage. So, all that roach infestation is due on your part. Just keep your place clean and stop expecting management to be exterminating every other day when you're not keeping your place clean. Come on people, let's all come together and make our home homely. At the end of the day. This is my home and I loveeee it here. I will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I'm proud to be part of the Arcadia Walk family."

"This apartment complex is not filling friendly they charge an application fee which is non-refundable to determine whether or not you qualify. THAT IS NOT FELON FRIENDLY. You can not start the rebuilding process if your rent is going towards fee's that are going to deny you anyhow. If you're asking for an application you are going to deny them."

"This apartment complex is an absolute joke. Roaches everywhere. Dog poop all over the complex. Horrible management. We ended up terminating our lease and found out that they screwed up the roommate transfer we did a few months prior and instead of paying a 1,000$ lease break fee it was 3,000$ because of their mistake. They then decided that instead of making things right that they were going to go through with what they messed up on which is shady and unethical. Rent is way too high for what you get as is. On top of this we had put in multiple maintenance requests for multiple things. We had one for our microwave and it took over a month to replace that, one for our fridge and that took more than a week and one for the roaches which never got resolved. I truly feel bad for the people that move in here not knowing what to expect. Read and listen to the reviews. That’s all I have to say"
