Called them and they said they had No apartment for me and wouldn't refund the deposit. Do NOT rent from this place. Shoddy business practices."
"My husband and I have been living here for almost 2 years and we wish that we never moved here. For 5 months now, we have been without ac and they refuse to fix it. I even had a miscarriage while we have been in the heat. This isn't an apartment complex anyone should be living in unless u sell drugs. All the want is ur money and don't care about their tenants. DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE"

"I was a licensed real estate agent in the 2000s. This complex is a basic courtyard; nothing special I worked as an apartment locator. It was my job to take prospective residents to this apartment. If they were placed, the apartment would pay my broker a commission out of their advertising budget. I know of what I speak. I do know the apartment worked with troubled credit reports and problems. If you have terrible credit, evictions, or judgments, this place will work for you. It is centrally located and on a bus line."
