"Great starting out apartment. Leslie is understanding and willing to work with you. I have had some great neighbors and the environment is quiet despite the risky neighborhood. I wish the alley parking was paved and rent was less, I also wish we had more washes and dryers BUT I did enjoy my time there."

The complex is locked and well-maintained, providing a sense of comfort. The studio apartment itself was a pleasant surprise. It offered everything I needed for a comfortable living space. The management and maintenance staff were responsive to any issues that arose, which made my stay here hassle-free. One of the best aspects of this complex was the community of neighbors. Despite the rough neighborhood, I was fortunate to have friendly and respectful neighbors who contributed to a positive living environment.The proximity to downtown Phoenix was a major advantage, making it easy to enjoy all that the city has to offer without a long commute. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an affordable and safe studio apartment near downtown Phoenix. We enjoyed the year we lived at this property."
"I'm currently a tenant. I pay for water but unfortunately the tenants don't have access to the water outside. it was shut off permanently. I ride a motorcycle and I use the house outside to wash my motorcycle. Unfortunately, I'm no longer able to waah my motorcycle which is a big inconvenience. But we are paying for water we no longer have FULL access to. Weigh your options."
