"Complex is clean, tenants are pretty quiet to a certain point. I sensed that things get ignored when it comes to noise control. We all should be mindful of those above, below and on both sides of us. When it's done purposely you can almost always tell. Just remember it could happen to you and it's called "disrespect" on all counts"
"One of my adult children lives in one of the apartments at this location and I am very impressed by the programs they offer at or by the Main office. They have activities for kids such as kindergarten boot camp, CPR classes, they have coordinated with the Fire Department to go and give talks about Fire safety (and those are the ones I remember). She leaves notices at the door every other day about them. It feels good when you see a manager that tries to make her management job more that just calling the plumber or trash collection and such but also trying to make people's life better."
