"Arlissa Marquez was the leasing agent that showed me the property so last minute. This is my girl!!! First off she carries herself well, and the outfit she had on was cute! This property was gorgeous I did not want to leave!!!!!!! The 2 bed 2 bath with the spiral staircase and mountain view is my favorite!! I do not stay here I was touring the property and I loved the experience I had here! She is wonderful, one of my top favorites!!!!"

"Staff WERE very friendly and welcoming… that’s true. This last time I spent the holiday there to find dog feces at the exterior door, trash and recycling piled high… walls looked like someone covered up graffiti and the warm welcoming atmosphere was completely gone. The stench by the pool made me dry heave and apparently the new staff could care less… not to mention the complaints from passer by’s about the mail room being trashed and the common area never having a working coffee machine…do better."

"The Scottsdale Grand is without a doubt the best place we’ve ever lived. My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year and are preparing to renew our lease for yet another wonderful year here. The amenities are top notch, and the staff & maintenance crew are simply the best — they even know our dog Toby by name and say hi to him if we walk by! They are also quick to fix any issues we may have (which doesn’t happen often because everything is very well taken care of; appliances are new, pest control is kept up on, etc). I have never seen a single cockroach or spider inside or around our unit, which is incredibly impressive living in Arizona. Our previous apartment in North Phoenix was so bad that it sounds silly, but every time we walk into our apartment here we exclaim how lucky and how grateful we are to live here. Perspective is everything of course — but everyone can agree that the Scottsdale Grand is an amazing place to live!"

"Having checked out most of the apartments all over Scottsdale, The Scottsdale Grand was the clear winner for us. The location is among the best, within an easy walk of Kierland shops/restaurants, and the energy and feel is unbeatable. The structure, rooms, and pool/public areas are beautifully designed and elegantly appointed. The Management and Leasing team (Karen & Wayne) were by far, BY FAR, the friendliest most welcoming, and most helpful of any apartment we toured... and we toured a ton of apartments! The rooms are potentially on the smaller side, and simple in layout/design, which is great if that is what you're looking for then look no further. As it is a brand new construction (2020-2021), and still mostly unoccupied, I can't yet comment on the full-capacity noise level, or the long term living experience, but I have faith and confidence they will meet and exceed the other apartments in the area. Gas stoves and all GE appliances, should mean very little maintenance. So if you are looking for an amazing place to call home, I highly recommend this new apartment in town!"
