"I've not been inside the apartment. However, I've been on the ground multiple times for deliveries and every time it is clean and quiet and the residents are exceptionally sweet."
"Agree with the common sentiment. Location is great. Price is pretty good. But management company (Home River Group) is terrible. Extremely hard to get a hold of and no accountability for errors or issues. Also, no onsite maintenance is a drag."
"Would give 5 stars but... Nice,clean,quiet community. Nice units, spacious and affordable. I moved in in Sept. 2020 I was met with an undisclosed roach infestation which I had to spend over $300 and two weeks to get rid of because management didn't respond. Had no working outlets on one wall, SEVEN months later someone (unannounced) came to "look at it". My carpet (after not having been cleaned prior to move in) is moldy and gross, April, was when I brought this to management's attention, now here in October, someone will come to take pictures next week. Great place to live but, God forbid you need anything from management!"
"It's nice. I've lived here yep years now. It's not new but it's kept clean and in good repair. For such a central, convenient community it's surprisingly quiet. The pool and spa are nice. Covered assigned parking."
"Nice and affordable: 106 units that were built in 1982. There's one and two bedroom units in this gated and well-kept community. You’ll find well-manicured grounds, a swimming pool, a BBQ area, putting green and more in the complex. Convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shops, jobs, freeway access, etc. Angry Crab, Manuel’s Mexican food, Starbucks, Firehouse Subs, Sprouts Farmers Market and more are all right down the street. That’s just a small sample of some of the many things nearby."
