"I moved here in 2021 and I have had no problems except that there isn't assigned parking. When I need things fixed they are fixed and all of the staff are very kind here. Sometimes I do get home later at night and I do not have any fear coming home at night. Very safe complex and near many stores and Planet Fitness gym. Very affordable apartments and they do take section 8. I would recommend these apartments."

"Do you like property theft, gun violence, roaches, and packs of feral children verbally accosting you? Do you like a management team the repeatedly lies to your face, gives bad info and doesn’t care in the slightest about you or the property they’re responsible for? Then boy, do I have the place for you. My time at Crystal pointe has been fraught with more danger and fear than anywhere else I have ever lived. I’ve lived with a broken beam in my ceiling for six months. When upstairs walks across the floor, it rains popcorn down on me from the ceiling. I had told the office about this numerous times, even sent pictures of the popcorn everywhere. When I finally took this to corporate and let them know that I had reported them to the state for this, I was called adversarial. My car and six others have been stolen from this property in the last month. There is a group of children that run around ruining property, banging on tenant windows and doors, throwing rocks and verbally assaulting tenants. When I brought this to management attention I was told “I wish I knew which apartment they live in” I gave videos of said children, on multiple occasions. If you live here, I’d put the non emergency police number in your phone. Record every single conversation you have with staff (they lie, you’ll need proof of what they said). Talk to them over email as often as you can so everything is in writing. This place is not fit for anyone to live at any point ever. If you find yourself desperate enough to live here, I feel for you, but do not sign a second lease. Rent does not change if you go month to month after your original lease. Also, buy a steering wheel lock for your car. If you are not desperate, hold out for somewhere safe, where the roach filled walls are not literally falling in on you. Hope this helps!"
"They suck they are always roaches and scorpions n black widows everywhere . they dont keep the place spayed for bugs either. Not friend not for family"
