You won't have any trouble with maintenance requests because they are handled efficiently and promptly. The staff here is truly remarkable, being both friendly and highly professional."

"I did the contract for a year, and at the third month I wanted to RUN off at this horrendous place they call “homes”. The manager/owner/jacob is a person who accuses, as well as a stalker. If you are having a problem at these apartments he wants YOU to pay for it and fix it YOURSELF. He will always make excuses that YOU broke it and that is YOUR FAULT.He will stop your visitors and ask them where they are headed to, he’ll tell you that someone has made a complaint about you just to create problems in between. If he wasn’t in charge of these apartment homes it would be an actual decent place to live. These “homes” were poorly constructed, the floors were cracking along with the walls breaking. Hopefully you consider this review and don’t make the mistake of living here, believe me."

"The manager of this property is always where they don't call him. Looking for how to charge you extras for everything! He sent us a letter with 7 days to vacate the apartment, which we, already tired of the same situation, decided to leave, not for lack of rent payment.Not that we no longer wanted that frustration every month of being bothered by this man! He says that our apartment was new when we entered but his material from his apartments leaves a lot to be said for the rental price that he asks! I do not recommend living here since You will pay more than what the contract says! He modified parts of the contract and I have proof of that! And leaving his apartment hes charging us 4800 dollars for damage to the property and cleaning! Which is a complete money scam for this man! For please do yourself a favor and don't live here we are not the only ones who went through this! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS of this place FROM PEOPLE WHO LIVED HERE."

"The owner/maintenance/landlord is a stalker watches “everyone” on his cameras, is constantly on the premises. He approaches guests directly and asks them how can he help them-including in their vehicle. He goes through the recycle bin and trash and will let you know if you didn’t cut up the boxes and how there would be a future fine(warning). He won’t let guests park in the few parking spots that are here and will put a sticker on your car after he counts “6” times. He wants extra tenants vehicles and visitors vehicles parked at the “Post Office” across the street. Say what?! Yup..,,he’s protected as he put it in the Lease! He has “time” on his hands to be in everyone’s “business”. His actions show very very culturally bias and he can’t keep “personal” and “business” separate. Nightmare landlord…I will be gone sooner then later."
