"Lived here 2021 through 2023. During this time management changed about 7 times (When our lease was due to expire, we never received a renewal offer so while attempting to contact someone/anyone to give notice to vacate we had to just write a letter hoping they would get it). Maintenance requests took over a week to get fixed (in our last month and a half they never came and fixed our microwave so imagine going that long without that appliance). Dog poop everywhere. Trash wouldn't get picked up and would PILE UP (one time the property went 2 weeks without garbage pick up). Investing in security like a gate would be nice because a few residents got their cars broken into and we even had a few knocks at our door from unwanted people (i dont want to call them homeless but definitely suspicious individuals). There are absolutely no amenities (Pros:Ceiling fans, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, grass for dogs Cons:no on-site management/maintenance, no pool, no gym, no playground, literally nothing). Overall, for the price they had us paying, I think it was okay, especially since there are so many stores and restaurants near however they can definitely do better and more for their residents. Let's start with communication!"

"Lived here for a few years and this year we will be moving. The areas getting bad, lots of trash that doesn't get picked up. We have poop all over from dogs. No one picks up. Homeless people digging through our dumpsters. And the absolute WORST is the MAINTENANCE GUY SANTOS. He lies, he never showsup, has a horrible attitude. Rude. I wait for days and then he tells the manager I wasn't home. He just never showed up and was supposed to fix the blinds, the washer and dryer took two weeks to fix. Garbage disposal took him over a month to look at. No amenities. Pricing is too much for the nothing we get."

"I’ve been here for nearly 3 years and I love it here. The location is great, the pricing is not bad, and it’s pretty quiet. The manager Crystal has been very prompt in responding to emails and helping me out. Very much appreciate you Crystal."

"I really wanted to live in this complex, but after calling 5+ times over the last two weeks and receiving not so much as a call back, I've given up and I want to warn anyone else trying to move here that it's very unlikely you will ever hear from them. The way their system is set up, with a central call center and no direct line to the leasing office (at least not one with a functional voicemail set up), you will be left dangling for up to a month, based on my last conversation with someone at the call center. All of the people I actually spoke to at the call center were lovely, professional, and did their best to be helpful, but when the leasing office won't even bother to call potential tenants back, it's hard to imagine that they would be any better if you lived here. It's a shame, because the apartments are very nice-looking and the complex seems to be well-kept and on a quiet street, but the frustration of trying to reach the people who run this place is not worth it, in my opinion."

"While living here the property management company changed. It was a little bit of a rough transition on both of the property management's sides but luckily that's only something that happened once. The apartment itself is beautiful and I really loved living there. However, the businesses in the nearby shopping center obviously don't do their landscaping during their business hours, leaf blowers and street sweepers could be heard anywhere between 8pm to 12am. Additionally, Anytime Fitness is right across the street and there typically a bunch of dudes out front flipping giant tires or hitting them with a sledge hammer which is really loud and super annoying. I lived in the apartment closest to the businesses so I'd recommend a unit closer to 31st street if possible. All in all, great place to live. The new company was really responsive to the few issues I had."
