"The current property manager, Joe, is terrible, incompetent, and unprofessional. He doesn't do a thing to keep the place looking nice and threatens me with eviction for things he makes up when I am actually paying my rent on time every month and following all listed rules. DONT RENT HERE!!! RUN FAR AWAY. The corporate office won't return my calls either and is completely unhelpful. I am calling the police next and the city to report a violation of tenant rights. I will not live in fear any longer."
