"I have to start by saying Sheyanne Clarkson is the BEST community manager that I have had the pleasure to work with thought my application process and move in! It goes without saying that she knows what she is doing and how to run her property and team members. She is so knowledgeable, detailed, organized and the sweetest person ever! I recommend to run and go apply here today and give them a 4 star review! I have been here for over 2 weeks, my family loves coming to visit such a beautiful community and let me tell you the office staff is amazing and on it! The maintenance guys that I got to meet Victor and Josh are so great at communicating and friendly to talk to. You can tell they truly care about the property and the residents here. Thank you Thomas at midtown staff for being amazing at what you do everyday for us!"

"Oh my goodness!!!!! Everyone at Thomas midtown apartments is so amazing, a huge blessing for myself. Alexis was very polite and professional. Jen who gave me the tour was super sweet, so thoughtful and genuine. She took her time with me as this was my first time. As soon as I put my application, they received it and worked on it in a timely matter. Any questions or concerns I had Alexis answered with professionalism and support, as she knew I was worried. I had the best experience ever. What a huge success! Thank you Alexis for everything! You are a lifesaver!"

"I am a three year resident at the Thomas and I've enjoyed every single day of my stay here so far! The accomodations are excellent--I feel very comfortable in my space, the areas like the pool and clubhouse and gym are wonderful and always available for use. I've only had to have something fixed by maintenance but each time I've submitted an order their response has always been swift, the problem taken care of, and the folks I've worked with have always been personable and friendly. The staff also does a lot to try to make this more than an apartment complex but a community by hosting various events and parties. All and all, the atmosphere is very welcoming Last but not least, I have to give a shout-out to Jenn!!! She's so amazing, friendly, prompt, and honestly just an absolute joy to work with. She is simply the best and is a big part of the reason why it was so easy to stay at the Thomas!"

"Well this should tell you how much I absolutely LOVE it here…I am going on living here 6 years now!! It is by far the best luxurious apartment complex, exceptional staff, friendly, professional and any time I needed assistance they have proven quick and quality care! Chayanne, Jennifer, Joshua have all shown they take pride in supporting this property! In response to the parking responses, yes it’s tight and if you get home late from work you may not find an available spot. I have been wanting to ask if perhaps we can partner with the HUGE parking garage across the street and maybe we get a discount because they do have a steep price of $20 a night! I had family in town for several days and I felt so bad they had to spend so much just to visit me. Not sure if possible but a thought to reach out and see if a possibility! Other than that, I love everything about living here! Clean, great staff, the stunning lobby speaks for itself, the amenities are superb, all my neighbors are so kind and we all greet each other not to mention pet friendly for us fur baby parents! The location as well is such a convenience, close to all of downtown’s must go to’s! If in search of a new spot to live, you will not regret The Thomas at Midtown!"

"I moved into the Thomas at Midtown in the middle of January this year, 2024. Thus far, my experience has been fantastic! Jen in the office is absolutely fantastic, she really cares about her residents and the property itself! She answered all of my questions (and I am definitely someone who calls and asks a lot of them so Jen, thank you for your patience). She evidently goes out of her way to ensure she keeps her word on things she promises or says she is going to do! The amenities are clean and kept up and I feel quite safe in this community! I do rent a garage which allows myself to have two parking spaces, one inside the garage and one right outside tandem style, so I have not experienced any parking issues. The community is medium size I would say so not too big or too small. The gate hasn't ever been down or broken, which is something I appreciate due to last complex complications, and the doors are secure in the sense that you need a fab key to get into any building."
