"I stayed at La Cima for a year and they helped me so much being a single mother and trying to find a quite stable place in midtown phoenix so my kids can go to Madison. The unit was renovated and they did well to keep up on all of the amenities. Blanca at the front desk was always kind and professional. Raul the maintenance guy always came within a day to fix any issues that I had with my unit. Overall, I would have stayed but they did not have any 2 bedrooms."

"Updated review 10/4/23: fast forward to the time I moved out, they took my $40 security deposit to remove the tv mount which I don’t own. The tv mount was already existed even before I got moved in. I showed them photos that I took on the move in date as a proof. They refused the photos and they said the last management Calcap didn’t note the tv mount in the documentation. So, sorry you got bad luck then, there’s nothing we will help you. 4/23 Here is the extensive list of not moving here. Every single week has breaking news. I paid $1250 for a studio and almost everything needed to be fixed. Paint and caulk chipped often. Walls are very thin. No AC but a chiller so it’s either super cold or super hot. Chiller was down during almost the entire summer. Loud noises every single day. Didn’t have good sleep because neighbors made noises. The entire complex smells full of weed and cigarettes. Apartment, air vent, sink cabinets, sewer smell strong weed because neighbor smoke inside. Kids cry and scream. Be aware dogs are unleashed. Trash and dog waste scattered throughout the property. Neighbors screamed sometimes. Dogs are out to bark at each other. Laundry machine are very dirty and down often. Water leak at the laundry area. Couple water ponds at the parking area and near the dumpster. Parking lot is very tiny expect to get bumper damages. Neighbors are sketchy. Power out twice. Office is not always open during business hours. Package lost. Apt door is poor sometimes got locked out. I don’t feel safe living here. I’ve only been here for 9 months and it’s literally this bad :("
