"As with any move, we had hiccups in the process that were, at the time, quite maddening; however, the staff were extremely proactive in atoning for these issues - going above and beyond to make it right. Even now, our maintenance requests are handled expeditiously and professionally, and the office staff are always available to address emerging needs. Of particular note, has been the always warm-and-welcoming Ryan Safford, who has been, not only professional, but also consistently engaging and charismatic even while juggling multiple tasks. Given that we moved to the area just recently, we appreciate her authenticity and creativity with new community events at the property where I can get to know my neighbors. She is a true gem! "I’d like to first specify that this review is only for a ground floor apartment and has nothing to do with the staff. The office and maintenance were actually quite great, really responsive and helpful. I lived at the pavilions for 10 months and absolutely hated it. The ground floor apartments are so incredibly loud…in the 14 or so years I’ve lived in apartments this is by far the loudest and most unpleasant. I slept with noise canceling headphones and there were still many nights when I was awoken in the middle of the night due to my neighbors. You can hear EVERYTHING and I do mean everything, bed squeaking, toilet noise, morning blender for a smoothie, but the absolute worst is the footsteps, it sounded like constant stomping. I had to ask several friends if I was being unreasonable and they all agreed it was by far the loudest place they’ve been to. I attempted to speak to the neighbors, the office, and even manage alone but it was really unbearable. This is the only time I’ve ever considered breaking a lease because of how uncomfortable it was to live there. During my tenure there I also saw several people leave for the same reason. Second floor apartments may be different but I will wholeheartedly say the ground level apartments are absolutely horrible to live in. Due to my location other issues were that Amazon delivery drivers routinely (at least 1-2 x week) blocked the garage and it was frustrating having to get out ask them to move them drive into the garage and then they block you trying to get out. They have fake grass and since we don’t get much rain it smells really bad during summer, gates were down regularly, fire alarms go off semi-frequently like 1x a month or every other month, the landscapers use weed blowers and dust comes through door cracks and windows so I usually had little piles of dust and leaves at the door."

"I love everything about living at the Pavilions! The office and maintenance staff are professional and friendly, and they quickly respond when I have a question or service request. The complex grounds are very well maintained. My neighbors are friendly and noise issues are non-existent. Although rent is a little steep, I think it's worth the cost. I live in a corner loft apartment with a garage and in-apartment washer/dryer, all of which I value. And the gated nature of the community provides a sound sense of security. All in all, I couldn't be happier living here!"

"Pavilions on Central is the first place I have lived in on my own. From the start my leasing agent Karina was SUPER helpful, she made me feel comfortable in the process and we were able to complete everything smoothly. My place is 2 bedrooms, 2 patios and a garage with storage; It is very spacious and I love the high ceilings. Pavilions on Central have a very comfy home feeling as opposed to a hotel feel like most apartment complex's when I was looking for my new home. The maintenance team is also very helpful and willing to complete work orders as soon as possible and efficiently. It is a gated community and I feel pretty safe living here and being out and about. Karina and I still keep in contact and she continues to be helpful in anyway she can as well of the rest of the staff. Overall, I have had a great experience living here. The only recommendation would be more parking and sometimes the concrete is a bit dirty."

"I am so pleased! SUPER quiet. Amazing walking score especially FOR Phx. Our place is three stories, Garage included in rent, loft, large walk in, fireplace, glass tile backsplash in kitchen... I could go on and on...so many extras that in a normal apt complex you would get one of those and pay extra for that one has it is. The layout of this apt is excellent making the 1000Sqft feel huge. It has interesting angles too not just a boring square traditional floor plan. We love our two balconies and we have great views of downtown. can't say enough!!!I"
