"The apartment complex is contemporary, clean and very nice. The staff is very friendly and professional. Our leasing specialist Aaron did a great job helping us get accommodated with the facilities and services, such as Rent Cafe. He was always nice and gave us a great tour of the apartment complex. Aaron kept in touch via email (or phone) and was available when we had any questions. I am glad my son lives there and would highly recommend the Elevation on Central to anyone moving to the Phoenix area. I am a Creighton Graduate (medical school) and recommend the Elevation on Central to Creighton Med students who need an apartment while in Phoenix."

"My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and a half. We love it so much that we referred my sister and my best friend as well! It’s located in a quiet residential part of midtown Phoenix but also provides easy access to restaurants and bars nearby. The amenities are great and well-kept. The maintenance team and leasing office are attentive and prompt. Aaron in particular has created such a warm and positive experience. "This place is absolutely amazing! I have lived here for 3 years and counting and have no plans on moving anytime soon. The maintenance team here is on point and are so kind. The Property Manager Bree is incredibly professional and has always been so attentive to the property and resident’s needs. The new Leasing Consultant Brendan is great and has always answered the phone/ responded to my emails so quickly. We also adore the neighborhood here. Our favorite coffee, restaurants and even hair stylist are literally across the street. There is so much to walk to and do. I super recommend this place to anyone looking for a centrally located apartment with walkability, a neighborhood feel and professional management."

"I lived here from 2019-2022. This was my favorite apartment I've ever lived in. The only reason I moved out was to move into a house with my partner. Elevation has very caring and attentive staff, and they're quick to respond to any maintenance requests. Safety is also a top priority here. I lived here through COVID, and the staff took precautions to keep everyone safe, while still allowing use of the amenities during a time of social distancing. The amenities are top notch - I frequented the pool and hot tub, and loved spending time at the lounge on the rooftop, as well as the 3rd floor patio. The gym is very spacious and clean, with lots of equipment available. The staff hosted regularly community events where I had the opportunity to meet neighbors that ultimately became long-time friends of mine! The community was very pet-friendly as well, even hosting a few dog friendly events! There are lots of areas inside the community to walk your dog, and they have stations throughout that have trash cans and bags to pick up after pets. I never experienced any serious maintenance issues in my unit. Never had pests of any kind either. The interior hallways are kept clean and smelling nice, and valet trash conducted regularly nightly pick-ups. I can't think of any negatives to share about Elevation, this was the best community."
