"Moving to Lucent has been an absolute delight! Having been here for 3 months, I can confidently say that I'm head over heels in love with it. It is safe place to live in - location is amazing, building is modern, apartments are clean and spacious. But what truly sets Lucent apart is its outstanding leasing team. They are nothing short of amazing, always greeting me with a warm smile, endless patience and unwavering helpfulness. Even when I encountered a minor issue, they promptly resolved it by the next morning. There is no place I would rather call home sweet home!"

"I recently moved to Scottsdale, Arizona and was looking for a comfortable fit my my two dogs and myself. After finding Lucent Apartments I immediately felt at home. Fernando took me around the area and it was a great experience. He also made it very easy to go through paper work and get set up into my place, hassle free. Very accommodating and friendly! I love the pool area and the pet washing room is great if you have pets. The area is always clean and it is a very safe place to live as well. I enjoy the location being very close to many restaurant and activities. The staff and the people that live here are very friendly as well! I've enjoyed my time so far and I'm looking forward to the months ahead!"

"I have been living at Lucent Scottsdale for 6 months or so now. The move in process went extremely smooth. I was moving from out of state and they got me moved in within 2 days of deciding to live there. The apartment was brand new and so spacious! I love how large my 1 bedroom is. My only problem was some loud music coming from my neighbors for a few weeks late at night. After expressing my concerns the office handled it extremely quick and I haven’t had any issues since. I love the location also. I recommend Lucent Scottsdale for anyone looking to be in the south Scottsdale area!"

"This review is for the tour experience with Fernando (I did not end up signing the lease due to personal circumstances). This has been one of the best apartment tour experiences I had in Scottsdale. He did not make me feel rushed, spent time with me on Sunday (when most leasing offices are closed) and also gave me a great leasing offer. If I am looking to rent again, I will look for Fernando first."

"I’ve been here for about 2 months now and I love the community, amenities, and my apartment. Move-in was easy and maintenance is always on top of requests. Peighton in the leasing office is amazing! The only downside is the parking situation. There isn’t enough free parking for residents so some people have to park across the street."
