Avion on Legacy Apartments

"I chose Avion for it's location and preceived security. As others have mentioned though it is a gated facility, the gates are often broken leaving the premisis open to the public and local homeless. The parking is non-enforced meaning you pay for a spot but if someone takes it it's between you and them, the office does not concern themselves with it. They will give you a tow company's card to call, which I did, and they never showed up.. When you move out, they'll make sure your deposit gets used on mantainence and upgrades for the next tenant. I lived there 2-3 days a week for 14 months, I removed my shoes at the front door and never walked with them into the bedrooms. I got dinged with $240 for carpet cleaning "heavily soiled" no way Jose, not my unit.. not worth the fight, but definately worth a mediocre review.."

"I have lived at this apartment since September. I have enjoyed the pool area and the private parking garage. However the broken gates have become a huge issue! Tonight and along with other nights recently I have seen suspicious people inside the community. The gates have been broken for over 3 months and have not been fixed. This makes me feel unsafe in the complex."

The broken gate system at the entrance is a security hazard and reflects the overall lack of maintenance and care at this complex. The gate is frequently malfunctioning, leaving the complex vulnerable to unauthorized entry and compromising the safety of residents. Despite numerous complaints, the management has failed to address this critical issue, showing a blatant disregard for the security and well-being of residents. Noise levels at Avion on legacy Apartment Complex are unbearable. Whether it's loud parties, disruptive neighbors, or constant construction noise, peace and quiet are virtually non-existent here. Residents are subjected to a cacophony of sounds at all hours of the day and night, making it nearly impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep."

"I regret to say that my experience living at Avion Apartment Complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. The numerous issues plaguing this complex make it impossible to recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable living environment. First and foremost, the lack of parking is a constant source of frustration for residents. Finding a spot near your building is a daily struggle, often resulting in having to park far away and walk a considerable distance to reach your unit. This inconvenience is further exacerbated by the fact that the gates are perpetually broken, providing no sense of security to residents. The noise levels at all hours of the day and night are intolerable. Whether it's loud neighbors, constant traffic, or the incessant banging of trash cans on trash days, getting a good night's sleep is nearly impossible. The lack of consideration from other residents and the ineffective noise control measures implemented by the management only add to the chaos. Speaking of management, the leadership staff at Avion Apartment Complex leaves much to be desired. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and seem more interested in finding ways to charge residents for every possible excuse rather than addressing legitimate concerns. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for residents' well-being is truly disappointing. In conclusion, I strongly advise against considering Avion on legacy Apartment Complex as your next place of residence. The combination of parking issues, broken gates, constant noise, and poor leadership staff make this complex a living nightmare. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a more peaceful and accommodating living situation."

"Before their comment: A lot of break ins. Multiple stolen packages. Staff aren’t concerned with issues of theft. After the apartment responded: THEFT. THEFT. THEFT. That is a complete and total lie. The apartment message board is full of residents complaining about theft at this property. So to say you don’t get complaints about theft is comical. And when my packages were stolen I was told to “get a ring”. Also don’t take any apartment on the south east side of the complex unless you want to be woken up early in the morning by the sound of two dumpsters being smashed together."
