"Always well kept and inviting. I appreciate the common areas being maintained because I walk my dogs a lot, and Prue the manager just hosted a Dog event where they got pup cups! Definitely a great place to be if you are looking in the area!"

Prue had everyone in the office where Pi stickers on Pi day and I liked coming up for free pie with my morning coffee. "The team is friendly and helpful! Gladys and Tanya are responsive and professional! And fun! This complex is near walking paths and parks and is a great location. Many of the residents are respectful and friendly. The property itself could use more guest parking, better lighting and security cameras due to the increased homeless traffic and increased crimes in the area."

"I had an amazing experience with this location and staff. I was impressed with the tour and always got quick responses during my application process. I lived here for 8 months while house hunting. The price was great for the location and all of the amenities available to residents. The property is also very well kept. Any work orders I put in were done in a timely manner. Gladis was the staff member I communicated with the most. She was always extremely helpful and had a great attitude. She answered any and all questions I had. I can admit I’m a bit high maintenance, but she never made me feel that way. She made a great first impression during my tour. Overall I would definitely recommend these apartments."
